Service and strategic design
I map services, journeys, and systems to understand how they work today and where they can improve. I'm not afraid of complexity; I just like to make it visible.
I help organizations make sense of complicated systems and services, turning them into strategies and working prototypes that teams can actually build on.
I'm interested in what happens behind the scenes: how people work together, how things get done, and why some systems work better than others.
I've spent 7+ years in UX leadership and design management.
That background shapes how I work now: I'm comfortable both mapping out the big picture (service ecosystems, journeys, operating models) and zooming in to solve real interaction problems.
I care most about the human side of complex systems.

I ground my thinking in research and real constraints. The teams I've led worked across products serving millions of users, which means I've learned to balance what's right with what's possible.
I move from idea to something tangible—prototypes, mock-ups, simulations—fast enough that teams can explore and learn before committing.
I run workshops and co-design sessions to help teams find shared ground and turn different perspectives into action.
I've worked with UNICEF, HSBC, and smaller organizations on products, services, and systems. I've led design teams and worked solo on focused research and strategy projects.
